We sell rebuilt J35A3, J35A5, J37A1 engines for Acura MDX as used engines don''''''''t last long.

Our Remanufactured Acura MDX engines are built with following new internal components:

- Pistons

- Piston Rings,

- Main bearings

- Rod bearings,

- Overhaul gasket set.

We are members of AERA ( American Engine rebuilding association) therefore we adhere to strict quality guidelines so our rebuilt engines last longer. Acura MDX Japanese rebuilt engines are built according to Acura specs.

All Acura MDX engines are built at our machine shop and following machine work is done:

- Cylinder block is honed and bored to 0.20mm oversize. Very rarely we hone it to 0.30mm.

- Crankshaft is polished and ground to 0.10mm.

- Cylinder head is rebuilt with new valve stem seals.

- Camshaft is polished.

- Engine is coated with protective coating.
